8 Sessions of 1:1 Coaching for Peak Performance and Mental Mastery


The StateAdaptive Program is a personalized coaching experience designed to help you perform at your best: on stage, in the boardroom, or in life. Over eight 1:1 sessions, you will be guided through structured theory, concrete techniques, and routines that build clarity, focus, and resilience. Each hour-long session is a step toward neutralizing distress, mastering your state, sharpening your mind, and creating a roadmap for sustainable high performance.

​You’ll learn about legendary fighter pilot Colonel John Boyd, for example, the real-life inspiration for the character Maverick in the movie Top Gun - and how his OODA Loop, a four-step decision-making model to aid in rapid and adaptive responses in high-pressure dynamic environments, is applied by elite performers in the U.S. Navy SEALs… and how you can too.


This 1:1 coaching program is designed exclusively for participants who have attended a StateAdaptive ​presentation, ensuring a shared foundation and readiness for personalized work.



Session Overview

1. Foundation & Planning
We begin by clarifying the purpose of coaching, understanding your goals, and mapping your unique Integrated Training Plan. You’ll learn simple morning and evening routines, including Box Breathing, to anchor your day.


2. The ‘Lifestyle Essentials/Anti-Aging’ Daily Journal
Discover how structured reflection and journaling can transform your awareness and accelerate progress. You’ll be guided on how to use your journal to track wins, insights, and opportunities for growth in the areas of nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep hygiene, time outdoors, and social interactions.


3. Finalize Your Integrated Training Plan
Together we review and refine your plan, identifying specific exercises and practices tailored to your priorities. This ensures your roadmap is actionable and aligned with your peak performance goals.


4. Sun Tzu Strategy: Win in the Mind
Learn powerful mental strategies, including Situational Awareness, Mantras, Meditation, and Visualization. These practices connect directly to your Integrated Training Plan to strengthen focus, resilience, and self-mastery.


5. Big 4 of Mental Toughness
We dive into the core elements of mental toughness and explore techniques to “feed the courage wolf,” cultivating confidence, persistence, and courage under pressure.


6 & 7. Practice & Review
These sessions are dedicated to reviewing your plan, your daily SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and other practices. You’ll receive guidance, adjustments, and support to ensure your progress is steady and measurable.


8. Reflection & Next Steps
We conclude the program by reviewing breakthroughs, lessons learned, and insights gained. You’ll leave with a clear path forward, fully integrated into your personal development journal for continued growth.
